It’s commonly known that American musician and actor Lil Meech is the son of legendary drug dealer Big Meech, who created the drug trafficking and money laundering organization Black Mafia Family with his brother Terry in 1985.
The Mafia brothers grew up in a highly respectable home. However, the two struggled greatly due to their bad financial situation. So they embarked on a criminal career with the goal of making quick money.

Lil Meech was only five years old at the time, so he had never experienced his father’s love.

Lil Meech, the BMF-famous actor, has no biological brother or sibling. He is the only child of his parents, Big Meech, or Demetrius Flenory Sr., and his wife, Latarra Eutsey, hence he grew up as a lone child.
But he has now formed a strong sibling bond with some of his fellow singers and rappers.
In the industry, hip-hop artist Lil Meech is more closely associated with rapper and record producer Southside.
On January 7, 2023, Southside shared his happiness for Meech on Instagram, referring to him as his brother. He posted a picture of them together and commented, “Over proud of my lil brother @lilmeechbmf @nolimitherbo.”
