Jane was born as Jane Colburn Levy on 29th December 1989 in Los Angeles, USA. She is the daughter of Lester Levy, a mediator and Mary Tilbury, an artist and florist. When she was a child they moved to Northern California. She went to Sir Francis Drake High School. Later she attended Goucher College Baltimore where she dropped out and joined Stella Adler Studio of Acting from where she graduated. Her family supported her in every decision. So she decided to establish herself as an actress.
She started her career working as Mandy Milkovich in a television show Shameless in 2011. But her career got a breakthrough when she got a chance to act as a lead actress in another television show Suburgatory(2011-2014) as Telsa Altman. After that, she worked in various movies like Nobody Walks((2012), Evil Dead(2013), Don’t Breathe(2016), and so on.
She has also shown acting skills in various television shows. Some of them are Kroll Show(2014), Twins Peak(2017), What/If(2019), and many more.
