Dylan Neal was born as a Dylan Jeremy Neal on October 8, 1969, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Later, his family moved to Oakville, Ontario after his four months of birth. Moreover, he spent his childhood adulthood in Oakville with his family. Similarly, he holds the dual citizenship of Canada and America. He belongs to white ethnicity.
