Leila Janah was born on October 9, 1982, in Lewiston, New York, nearby Niagara Falls. But her parents moved to San Pedro, Los Angeles, California, where she spent most of her childhood while growing up. Leila hasn’t shared her parents’ names, but she was the daughter of an Indian Immigrants parents who came to the United States.

As mentioned above, Leila Janah was married and a mother of one child. She was married to Tassio Festetics, currently serving as a vice president at a global solution. However, they haven’t revealed their marriage date yet, but the couple shares a beautiful daughter from their marriage.
Leila was once diagnosed with one of the types of rare cancer. She was suffering from Epitheloid Sarcoma. However, in an interview, she mentioned that her husband and daughter supported her during her hard time. Also, she added they were one of the reasons she survived for a long time.

The couple was living a happy life and maintaining their lifestyle. But one day, a tragedy occurred in their life when Leila got diagnosed with Epitheloid Sarcoma. Epitheloid Sarcoma is a rare disease that is a slow-growing type of soft tissue cancer. It can be treatable in some ways, but it was too late when Leila knew she had cancer.
But when she found she was suffering from Epithelioid Sarcoma, she shared the news on her social media account to inform her fans. On January 24, 2020, at age 37, she died from the disease. Many of her fans and followers were shocked after they heard the news. The world suffered from a heartbreaking tragedy as soon as she passed away. Many news stations covered her tragic story during that time, and it became the headlines overnight.
